Sensory Evaluation of Wine Essentials

This is a three hour workshop that will introduce you to the winemaking process, critical winemaking decisions,  wine components and their interactions and a structured approach to sensory evaluation of wine which you will then practice in describing the sensory elements of the most common NZ wine varieties. Cost is $120pp and the workshop is held monthly on the second Sunday of each month.
