Wine workshops
This is where the journey to enhance your wine knowledge and experience begins. Learn with someone who shares your enthusiasm for wine and join one of our two workshops: Sensory Evaluation of Wine Essentials, or Advanced Sensory Evaluation of Wine. "A fascinating introduction to wine appreciation...highly recommended!" John Monro, Martinborough.

"It’s so unique to be able to try four acids next to each other to taste the subtle differences, and then to taste solutions of different sugars, and then to taste different concentrations of alcohol. And it still amazes me to sniff some chopped up green capsicum and find the same flavours in a wine!” David Wansbrough, Martinborough
